For our Opening Lunch, Chef Tate has put together the following menu for us:
First Course: Maryland Crab Cake with Spicy Asian Slaw and Wasaabi Mayonnaise OR Baby Spinach Salad with Gorgonzola. Pears, Walnuts, and Cranberry Dressing
Main Course: Peppered Beef Tenderloin with Muchroom Risotto and Red Wine Reduction
Dessert: House Made Apple Pie with Caramel Pannacotta and Cinnamon Syrup
Fine Red and White Wine
Imported Tea and Coffee
Thanks to the generosity of Oliver Moss and Bank of America, the cost of the luncheon will remain the same this year. Members pay $35.00 and non-members pay $50.00. Kindly RSVP to Kit Moss (cc.programchair@gmail.com) or to Ingrid Richardson-McKinnon (ingrich@aol.com) by Friday, September 23, 2011. As our luncheons are specifically prepared for us by our private chef, we must have an accurate head count by then. If you find that you are unable to attend, you may contact Kit Moss by noon, Monday, September 26 to cancel your reservation. You will receive an e-mail acknowledging your cancelation and will not be held responsible for the meal. If after that time you learn that you will be unable to attend, please send someone else in your place. Your membership price or Lunch Punch Card will be honored. If you do not fill your spot, you will be asked to cover the cost of the lunch Membership Forms and Renewals are due! If you have not yet sent in your form and dues, please do so immediately. A Membership Appliction form is attached here for your conveience. If you would like to purchase a Lunch Punch Card to receive a discount on the lunches and to expedite registration, please complete the attached form and send it in with the appropriate check. Both forms may be sent together, however please issue separate checks for the dues and the Lunch Punch Card.
